If an equipment problem cannot be solved over the phone , we can offer one day turn-around service on machines and controls that can be shipped air overnite. While it has not been a problem yet, newer machines 10 years old and less take priority . Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
We do offer service call capabilities for our machines including the older machines made by our predecessor company the Teledyne McKay Automatic Welding Division. In some cases we are able to repair competitors equipment like Stoody. Please contact us for further information.
