The Opportunity
This customer had a home built weld lathe that they used for manually welding steel mill rolls. They asked if we could design automation around this machine and then let them do the install.
 
The Solution
A new machine platform was required to fit the travel arrangement. Working close with the customer to gather the requirement our Horizontal Vers-O-Weld machine was developed.
