The Opportunity
Retrofit_3Customer had an old Welding Alloys yolk type positioner and the parts were no longer readily available. They had several other Mavrix machines and asked if we could replace all the welding automation, motors and controls and replace it with our content.
 
The Solution
After a trip to the customer for evaluation we had them ship the machine to our facility to perform cleaning and new paint on the base machine. Integration of a new motor with the current gearbox and new control for the welding automation and servo oscillator had them back and running in 4 weeks.
